Our refund and return policy defines eligibility and timelines for refunds following enrolment. Please read carefully to understand your rights.

1. Standard Refund Policy

Students are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of enrolment. A 50% refund will be applicable within 14 days of enrolment. No refund will be issued after 14 days of enrolment under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted formally via email or written application within the eligible time period. The refund timeline will be calculated from the official enrolment date.

3. Policy for 100% Refundable Courses

Certain courses may be marketed as “100% Refundable.” For such courses:

  • Refund will only be processed after successful course completion.
  • Students must meet predefined performance thresholds communicated during enrolment, typically:
    • Minimum 80% attendance
    • Minimum 70% overall marks in assessments/projects

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After 14 days of enrolment
  • Lack of attendance or participation
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Failure to meet requirements of refundable-performance-based courses

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
